Life Drawling In Clay Workshop

Come join local artist Sara Hood in The Hive Workshop, upstairs in The Barn, Cedar Farm, Back Lane, Mawdsley, Lancashire, L40 3SY, for an afternoon of creative exploration, learning new skills to create your very own masterpiece.
Get your creative juices flowing as you sculpt your very own life drawing in clay.
No prior experience needed - just bring your enthusiasm and we'll provide all the materials.
The trivet will be fired ready to collect or be delivered (extra charge for delivery) around 3-4 weeks after the masterclass.
This in-person event promises to be a great opportunity to unleash your creative side and connect with fellow ceramic enthusiasts or even friends or family members you wish to book with. All the tools and materials needed for this course are provided as well as the coloured slips, bisque firing, clear glazing and glaze firing.
Refreshments (tea, coffee, hot chocolate and water) are provided but if there are any special requirements ie decaf or dairy milk alternatives please let me know well in advance so that I can make provisions for this.
You do not need to have any previous experience with ceramics to be able to do this workshop, we work through each step as a group so no one gets left behind.
We recommend that the youngest age for the workshop is 16, there is no upper age limit.
Artist Sara Hood holds an up to date DBS certificate and public liability insurance.
